Collection Guide

Our designs are carefully created, and all elements are deliberately selected to create the best overall design. We do not offer significant changes to the layout designs of our Semi-Custom Collection. Your names, the date & time, the location, and information about the venue can be adjusted. When choosing your Semi-Custom suite design, we recommend paying special attention to the text layout.

There are various variations possible within a suite, so please inquire for more details. Unfortunately, we cannot show all options on our website.

Handmade paper types are crafted manually, leading to variations in size, shape, and color between the different pieces. We consider imperfections in handmade paper as part of the unique charm of the material.

The artisanal nature of letterpress printing creates small variations from one printed piece to another. Small irregularities are not defects but the result of the handcrafted process of working with a century-old, antique printing press. Letterpress ink is transparent, and the color of the paper underneath will be slightly visible through the print. This creates the soft, matte appearance that we love.

We strive to display colors on our website as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the printed color will exactly match the color on your screen.

We cannot guarantee that the paper types, envelopes, or decorations displayed on our website will be available from our suppliers, especially during busy periods. If your choices are unavailable, we will inform you and offer alternative options of the same quality.

To ensure the availability of paper for our Semi-Custom customers, we work with several paper suppliers whose product aesthetics may vary slightly from the sample photos on our website.

Our services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Occasionally, we may be fully booked and unable to accept new orders. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your spot in our production schedule. If an order is placed that we cannot fulfill, a refund will be issued.

We raden aan om je bestelling zo vroeg mogelijk te plaatsen om je plek in onze productieschema te waarborgen. In het geval dat een bestelling wordt geplaatst die wij niet kunnen vervullen, wordt er een terugbetaling gedaan.

Once your order is placed, and your content is collected, we will contact you within 5 to 10 business days with a digital proof of your chosen invitation suite. Two revision rounds are included after the delivery of the first digital proof. Your revision round can include small text changes and other minor adjustments. Small adjustments do not include complete rewrites or changes in font style choice. If additional revision rounds are needed, they will be charged at €60 per extra round.

It is important to consider that design revisions and/or delays in feedback may impact production time and potentially delay your order.

Once your digital proof is approved, production will begin immediately. We will contact you when production is complete, and your goods are ready for shipment.

Purchases are shipped with standard delivery times of 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to taxes or customs duties upon import. Any applicable customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Once shipped, we have no control over the progress of your shipment and have access only to the shared tracking data. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or delays caused during shipping. We recommend ordering your paper goods as early as possible to allow time for transport and customs in your country.

Due to the custom nature of our services, these are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable. If a printing error is made on our part, we will reprint the paper goods or offer a credit for the printing error. If there is an error in the approved text by the customer, the costs for reprinting must be covered by the customer.

The personal information you provide on our website is used solely to communicate with you and fulfill your order. We will never share or sell your information to third parties.

All designs, images, artworks, and products presented on this website or in the products you purchase are the exclusive property of The Paper Republic unless otherwise indicated.
