Within 7 days, we take the first step towards an actual design. I use the input of our talk to give you a first concept—either as a moodboard or an initial rough design to bring your vision to life. Nothing abstract—this tangible preview shows you how your invitations will look, so we can make timely adjustments before moving forward.


Perfecting Your Vision

Now, we refine the design together. Over five focused feedback rounds, we start with the big picture and gradually work on every detail—colors, typography, even the wording—to ensure the design perfectly reflects your love story. This brings structure in the process so you don’t get overwhelmed when making choices.


Approval & Production

Once you’re completely happy with the design, you give the final ‘go’. From that moment on, you won’t have to worry about any further details—I'll handle every detail. This way, you can simply relax without worrying over technical details.


Finishing Touches & Delivery

Your complete wedding suite is assembled and finished to perfection. No hassle figuring out how many meters of ribbon you need for 100 invitations—everything is delivered fully prepared, so you only need to send out your invitations and eagerly await your guests’ amazed reactions.

Custom made services are very difficult to price without knowing some specific details. But we don’t like leaving you in the dark about the value of our services, so that’s why we like to share a price point and the average investments of our clients.

    • Discount on Day of- Stationery when ordering a wedding suite existing of minimal 3 items

    • Free digital version of your wedding invite, perfect as a stylish reminder short to your wedding or for inviting last-minute guests.

    • Early bird benefit if you reach out to us 10 months in advance for our custom process. Receive an extra free digital version of any piece of your wedding suite of your choice.

  • The total of your stationery investment is build up from several things: design, printing, materials and assembly.

    A design for a custom 5-piece wedding suite starts at €1950, excluding print and other materials
    Assembly of 50 invites with 2 finishings (ex: ribbon and wax seal) starts at: €500

    Our lovely clients make an average investment between €7000 up to €10.000+ for their wedding suite & day of stationery.
    The minimum custom stationery investment is: €5000

  • We offer the following payment options as standard:

    • Advance payment of 30%-40% depending on your order total at the start of the process.

    • Printing costs are paid separately. The quote for printing is double-checked before production, because prices can fluctuate. This must be paid before the order goes to the printer (I'm not a bank 😉).

    • Final payment is due before shipping.

    Mini Concept

    Experience the style firsthand with a Mini Concept. For €127, you’ll get a 30-minute creative input session to explore your initial ideas. Afterward, I’ll craft a design preview, giving you a glimpse of your dream stationery before fully committing.

    This is a first concept. It is meant to give you a feel of the style. It’s a starting point, not a finished design—we’ll perfect the details once you decide to proceed.

    Swept off your feet? Amazing! We’ll set up a full consultation to discuss all the practical details and provide you with a tailored proposal to kick off the process. Plus, the €127 you’ve invested in the Mini Concept will be deducted from your total budget.

I take on a limited number of couples per year to ensure the highest level of quality and personal attention. Booking 10-12 months before sending out your save the date or invitation ensures your stationery receives the time and care it deserves.
